"Algumas pessoas dizem qual é o uso do termo se tiver que ser tão totalmente documentado e restrito e notas de rodapé e todo o resto. Minha resposta a isso é: Não há nenhuma palavra teológica que não precisa ser similarmente nota e constrangida: justificativa, espírito, santificação etc. Qualquer termo pode ser distorcido ou domesticado ou voar fora da alça por causa de outra estrutura filosófica alienígena que é imposta à o texto e assim por diante. A inerrância não é diferente do que encontramos em todas as outras palavras teologicamente carregadas."

Some people say What's the use of the term if it has to be so fully documented and constrained and footnoted and all the rest. My response to that is: there is no theological word that does not have to be similarly footnoted and constrained: justification, spirit, sanctification etc. Any term can be distorted or domesticated or fly off the handle because of another alien philosophical structure that's imposed on the text and so on. Inerrancy is no different from what we find in every other theologically loaded word.
