"Eu queria me sentir bem da maneira que eu olhei. Eu não entendi porque o estilo tinha que ser sacrificado por tecnologia esportiva. Eu achei quando ir para as mulheres da academia estavam usando seus próprios tees, sem a tecnologia. Comecei a pensar, isso faz você correr mais rápido se você usar essa cor terrível ou suar menos se você usar aquele tecido horrível? E eu desafiei, e as respostas não estavam lá para por que estávamos recebendo um trabalho de design pobre. Foi algo que eu queria trazer para os guarda-roupa das mulheres."

I wanted to feel good about the way I looked. I didn't understand why style had to be sacrificed for sports technology. I found when going to the gym women were wearing their own tees, without the technology. I started to think, does it make you run faster if you wear that terrible color or sweat less if you wear that horrible fabric? And I challenged it, and the answers were not there to why we were being given poor design work. It was something I wanted to bring to women's wardrobes.
