Também é evidente que deve se adaptar ao mundo em constante mudança, que discutimos o tempo todo: como deve evoluir e a qualquer maneira, quais componentes devem sofrer mudanças qualitativas. Claro, terei que ou prefiro usar esta plataforma internacional para explicar a visão da Rússia das relações internacionais de hoje, bem como o futuro desta organização e a comunidade global."
