Olhe para as pressões aplicadas pelas pessoas ao seu redor e a cultura em que você foi criado. Olhe novamente. E de novo. Continue olhando até você perceber, dentro de sua própria experiência, que você é muito mais do que quem você acredita que é. Continue olhando até você descobrir o coração maravilhoso, a mente maravilhosa, essa é a mesma base do seu ser."
