"O continente é incrivelmente emocionante. Quando fui lá pela primeira vez, me consumiu, e imediatamente senti que queria estar envolvida de uma forma ou de outra, seja em um nível filantrópico ou negócio. Tenho sorte de dizer hoje que faço os dois. Em termos de Fundação Africana da Vida Selvagem, comecei a trabalhar com eles aproximadamente em torno de 2009, no nível do embaixador. Então entrei no conselho e fui exposto a questões mais profundas que a fundação estava se combatendo no continente."

The continent is incredibly exciting. When I first went there, it consumed me, and I instantly felt like I wanted to be engaged one way or the other, whether on a philanthropic level or business. I'm lucky to say today that I do both. In terms of African Wildlife Foundation, I started working with them roughly around 2009, on the ambassador level. Then I joined the board and was exposed to deeper issues that the Foundation was combating on the continent.
