Mas no caso de uma pintura as pessoas têm que entender. Se apenas eles percebessem acima de tudo o que um artista trabalha de necessidade, que ele mesmo é apenas um pouco insignificante do mundo, e que nenhuma importância deve ser anexada a ele do que a muitas outras coisas que nos agradam no mundo, embora Nós não podemos explicá-los. As pessoas que tentam explicar fotos são geralmente latindo na árvore errada."
